Food is excellent, as is the service. Atmosphere is great for what it is- nice clean tables and good music and a grocery store connected. I had hummus with lamb and it was delicious. The mint tea is great too, and the grocery area has all sorts of wonderful items and drinks.

If you want great food, super friendly service, a pleasant surprise when the check comes, then this is the place to eat. My first visit today will definitely not be my last. Then the grocery section. I was literally an adult in a candy store. Can’t say enough great things!

Wow. Just wow. Y’all got no business being this good!! Mmhmm. I just went for my first time and ended up with the best gyro plate in town. My girl got the chicken tecka plate, comes with a whole grilled Cornish hen! This place is the real deal, y’all. One love. Good food, good prices, good people. Fun snacks in the grocery store and they got basmati rice sacks.

I love this place. The food is fresh and delicious. I’ve shopped here on the grocery side as well. This is definitely a place to try, as I’ve been a few times. It’s now my favorite place to go. The service is great too. Very friendly and welcoming like visiting their home and dining in their kitchen.

Absolutely fantastic. Service was quick and the guy knew the menu well. The server was very kind and seemed to really appreciate my business. Everything here was an above average example of its type. The fried cheese, the gyro meat, the bread, the Lebanese tea, everything was not only good, but better than I've had from any restaurant before. The special was a salmon sandwich with various fixings and, while not conventional for this kind of establishment, was absolutely delicious. If you're in the area, you simply must eat here. I had a fantastic experience, and I will consider this place whenever I'm visiting my friends in the area and need a place to eat.

Absolutely delicious! We stumbled across this place because it was near our hotel and had good google reviews. We ordered food to go and it was ready in just 10 minutes. Great, friendly customer service too! The gyro plate and chicken shawarma were amazing, and the hummus was so smooth and delicious. Even the rice and the cucumber salad were great! We also bought a bunch of candy, snacks, and spices from their market, all very reasonably priced! We'll have to come back next time we are in Nola.

The food is on point. I wanted to stay near my hotel, but I feel blessed to have come across Stella Maris. I would have driven across town for this. I plan to be back before I leave NOLA.
